I have been practicing law in Salem, Oregon for over twenty (20) years.
I am an extremely experienced and aggressive trial attorney. I have dedicated my life to representing clients throughout all of Oregon. I take great pride in my abilities, and in my practice.
Criminal Defense is my main area of practice, however, I also represent clients in many other legal matters such as Personal Injury Claims and Domestic Relations issues.

JEFFREY M. JONES
DENNY MAISON
Denny grew up in Stayton, Oregon, and is a graduate of Stayton High School, St. John’s College, and Willamette University College of Law.
While in law school, Denny worked with the Governor’s Senior Policy Advisor for Public Safety and the Oregon Court of Appeals and lobbied for the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association during the 2009 legislative session.
Denny was also on Willamette’s Law Review, received high paper honors in Immigration Law and State and Local Government Law, and volunteered with the Willamette University Public Interest Law Project.
Denny began clerking for our law firm in 2007, and was hired as an associate attorney after he passed the bar in 2009. In addition to practicing criminal defense and serving as a court appointed attorney for the East Marion County Justice Court, Denny has written appellate briefs on criminal and domestic relations cases and argued before the Oregon Court of Appeals.
